Vitamin A

What is vitamin A? Also known as retinol, Vitamin A is an essential daily vitamin for your skin health for many reasons. It encourages the growth of new skin cells, it breaks down dead skin cells and can also regulate the amount of keratin being produced by your skin. You may of heard of Vitamin B3 called Niacin in the skincare world. Niacin for skin has many wonderful affects, it works in the body as a coenzyme. It is a natural anti-inflammatory that works by reducing the swelling and redness associated with acne. It can also regulate the amount of acne-causing oil being produced by the glands in your skin.

Vitamin D

As with every vitamin in C&C it contains enough vitamin D3 per serving to reach your recommended daily amount. Vitamin D has antimicrobial properties, if you suffer from acne caused by bacteria then vitamin D can calm your symptoms. Vit D also has anti-inflammatory properties, meaning by having adequate levels of vitamin D in your system you can reduce the inflammatory symptoms of acne.

RUCI understands that all nutrients must be in liquid form before they can reach the cells in your body, where they are used. The closer the vitamins are to this form the faster and more completely they will be absorbed by your body.

This makes our vitamins ready for absorption as soon as they are taken.

We find large capsules and bulky tablets difficult to take. We also found powders and sachets were not efficient, as in addition to your supplement you also need to ensure you have a glass, water & stirrer in order to take your vitamins.

To make the process as simple and easy to implement into your daily routine we created a liquid formula meaning it can be immediately taken by dropping the liquid onto or under your tongue with no need for any preparation or additional items.

The taste is a sweet banana flavour with no added sugar or nasty artificial sweeteners.

Are these products suitable for vegetarians & vegans?

Yes, all of our products are Vegan and Vegetarian. We are a cruelty free brand.

Can I take your vitamin supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

We would always advise speaking to your health care practitioner before starting to take any new supplements.

From what age can these supplements be taken?

Our supplements are suitable from the age of 12 upwards.

How do I take them?

You simply take 1.5ml on/or under your tongue each day, thats it! They are all fruity in flavour so taste great too. If you prefer, you can add them to your smoothie, drinks etc but they are designed to be taken alone.

It is often advised you take your supplements first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is correct except in the case of Clear & Calm. This supplement contains Zinc, so please always take with or after food to avoid feeling nauseous.

When will I see changes in my skin?

Allow 12 weeks for full results to be visible as some ingredients such as Vitamin C take this period of time to fully work. Some customers tell us they see changes from as soon as 4 weeks but it is all dependant on other factors such as age and your cell turnover speed.

Do they contain gluten, nuts or diary?

No.

Can I take all 3 vitamins together?

Yes! All our vitamins can be taken alone or together. Each formula is unique to the skin complaint it targets & we understand people with breakout skin may still need hydration or anti-ageing benefits too so all supplements can be used safely alongside each other.

Whats the difference in taking liquid supplements to capsules or powders?

We chose to create liquid vitamins for a number of key reasons, the most important being RUCI understands that all nutrients must be in liquid form before they can reach the cells in your body, where they are used. The closer the vitamins are to this form the faster and more completely they will be absorbed by your body. This makes our vitamins ready for absorption as soon as they are taken. We also found it much more convenient to simply take our liquid vitamins on the go, anywhere anytime with no need for water, a glass, etc. The small bottle means it can easily be taken with you on the go and taken alone.

How long will the bottle last?

The bottle is a months supply, we included 33 servings per bottle to allow a couple of days extra use for our customer incase of delays with shipments etc. You take 1.5ml everyday. The dropper inside the amber bottle is marked for your ease with the correct serving amount. 

How quickly do I have to use the product after opening it?
